Why Supervision? Because both Coaching and Mentoring have experienced exponential growth, making it necessary to ensure the well-being and continuous development of the professionals who carry out these tasks.

For this reason, Supervision is presented as a strategic investment to guarantee not only the success and excellence of these professions, but also quality and warmth in client care, the integrity of the agents involved and the effectiveness of the process.

Supervision is the interaction that takes place when a mentor or coach brings their Coaching or Mentoring work experiences to a supervisor in order to receive support and participate in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the mentor or coach, their clients and their organizations.

  • Presentation: The importance of Supervision.

    You will develop a formative function and, therefore, contribute to the personal and professional learning of the supervisee through the analysis of their Coaching and Mentoring sessions, focusing on the interventions used by the professional and, from there, developing alternative strategies to implement in future sessions.&nbsp;<br><br>You will know how to support the supervisee so they can process the experiences they have had with their clients and prioritize their well-being, this being an exclusive function of the supervisor that is not present in other roles and activities.<br><br>You will learn the rules and standards of professional practice, since supervisors, coaches and mentors must carry out their activity within frameworks that guarantee their prestige in society and, therefore, correctly apply ethical codes and contracts with their clients.
