• Presentation: The importance of Health Coaching.

A Health Coach is not an authority on well-being, but rather a support for their client, as they provide a scientific perspective of evidence-based medicine to help acquire healthier behavior habits. For this reason, you will develop the capacity for observation, reflection, understanding and impartiality, while respecting at all times the client’s values of privacy and individuality in their decision-making.

To carry out this task with suitability and effectiveness, the Master in Science Nutritional & Health Coaching program is designed so that you learn to inspire trust as a professional and as a person, through the impression created by the way you respond to what is requested of you, the expertise shown in your approach to situations, the scientific evidence you use, and the precise yet clear language you employ.

Health coaches work with clients who seek to improve their well-being through medium- and long-term changes centered on themselves and aligned with their values. Health coaches demonstrate in their work unconditional positive regard for their clients and confidence in their capacity for improvement. They emphasize that each client is an expert in their own life and ensure that all interactions are respectful.
