What is it for?

General maintenance in adults

It is recommended to take between 10 and 12 drops daily at breakfast with protein foods such as eggs, meat, avocado, etc.

In cases of low sun exposure or higher needs

It can be increased up to 5 drops/day, 5,000 IU, under professional supervision.
Dosage may vary according to individual needs, serum vitamin D levels and professional criteria.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take it with a meal containing healthy fats to improve absorption of the vitamins.

Recommendations and precautions

Anticoagulants: not recommended for people under treatment with vitamin K antagonists, unless medically indicated.
Laboratory monitoring: in prolonged supplementation, monitoring serum 25-OH-vitamin D, calcium and kidney function is advised.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
