Are you interested in people’s health and well-being? According to studies, Health Coaching emerges as an innovative and effective solution, as it helps reduce risk factors for chronic diseases and the results obtained are maintained after the processes have ended.

The World Health Organization alerts us to the need to address obesity, diabetes, cancer and other chronic diseases, which are the leading cause of disability and death.

Fortunately, these diseases can be prevented, and the health coach’s task focuses on modifiable habits, as well as on the client’s ability to take an active role in their health. Its areas of application include: nutrition and hydration, physical exercise, sleep quality, stress management, interpersonal relationships, the neuro-emotional sphere, etc.

Health coaches work with clients who seek to improve their well-being through medium- and long-term changes centered on themselves and aligned with their values. Health coaches demonstrate in their work unconditional positive regard for their clients and confidence in their capacity for improvement. They emphasize that each client is an expert in their own life and ensure that all interactions are respectful.
