Master Certified Executive & Corporate Coaching

In the Executive Coaching program, you will not only gain the technical knowledge, skills and tools necessary to work as an internationally accredited professional coach, but also the possibility of understanding the person as the fundamental axis of change, their role in the organization and their contribution to society.

You will integrate knowledge in Applied Neuroscience, a highly beneficial branch for a practicing coach, as well as Mentoring, Supervision and reflective practice activities. In addition, we will introduce you to and help you deepen your understanding of a unique methodology based on values and levels of consciousness, where you will understand the decision-making factors on which your clients base their behaviors.

Presentation: The importance of Coaching.

The program will show you, in a balanced way, the practical development of a variety of knowledge and skills from different fields: logic, linguistics, communication, management, systemic thinking, ethics and applied neuroscience.

Likewise, you will acquire diverse skills, from active listening to the ability to inspire and encourage action, including analytical and synthesis capacity, assertive communication and creative leadership, always taking the client’s values and principles as the fundamental axis to discover the clearest and most appropriate approach to their needs and objectives. You will gain the capacity for observation, reflection, understanding and impartiality, respecting the client’s decision-making at all times.
